近日，有市民反映：盐城招*雍*府外墙防水没做好，家里发霉。200 多万买的房子，加装修起来近 300 万。结果由于开发商外墙防水偷工减料，住了 1 年多的房子开始发霉。报给地产，售后处理一塌糊涂，又慢又敷衍。说是高档小区，物业费 2.5 一个平方，最后质量一塌糊涂。
