受今年第10号台风“美莎克”影响，7月4日8时至5日8时，据广西水文中心监测，防城港、钦州、南宁、崇左及北海等市部分地区降暴雨到大暴雨，局地特大暴雨，日雨量最大为防城港市防城区那良镇553.5毫米。
受强降雨影响，广西全区共有防城河、江平江、滩营江及北仑河等8条河流13个站超警0.38～5.76米，超警最大为防城河防城港区大菉镇河段。（央视新闻）
