中远海特（600428）发布公告，董事长张炜及董事王威因工作调动原因，于2026年7月3日提前辞去公司相关职务。张炜辞去董事长、董事及战略决策委员会主任委员、提名委员会委员等职务，王威辞去董事及战略决策委员会委员等职务，原定任期至2028年9月26日。
2026年一季度，中远海特实现收入65.47亿元，归母净利润4.06亿元。
