7月3日，丝路视觉（300556）发布公告，公司及控股子公司在连续十二个月内新增累计诉讼、仲裁涉案金额合计4183万元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的10.10%。
其中，作为原告涉及诉讼、仲裁案件金额合计4180万元，作为被告涉及诉讼、仲裁案件金额合计2.93万元。
2026年一季度，丝路视觉实现收入1.21亿元，归母净利润1173万元。
