7月3日，据报道，三星电子晶圆代工部门近期调整了供货策略，优先处理现有客户的订单，并有选择地接受新客户的订单。三星晶圆代工的4nm工艺产能已基本售罄，甚至明年的产能也已售罄，部分8nm工艺产能也几乎达到满负荷运转。
