7月3日，抖音电商宣布，即日起，在不增加商家运费险成本的前提下，抖音电商退换货运费险上门取件赔付首重范围从1公斤升级至3公斤。升级后3公斤以内的商品退换货将免费上门取件，3公斤以上商品续重范围同步缩小。
