英飞凌7月2日宣布，正式启用其位于德国德累斯顿的智能功率晶圆厂（Smart Power Fab），较原计划提前数月投产。该项目总投资达50亿欧元，是英飞凌历史上规模最大的单笔投资，也是德国近年来最大的投资项目之一，将新增1000个直接就业岗位。
