北京商报讯（记者 董亮 王悦彤）7月2日晚间，福安药业（300194）披露公告称，董事会今日收到公司副总经理冯静的书面辞职报告，冯静因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司副总经理职务，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。冯静离任公司副总经理职务后，将不在公司担任其他职务。
公告显示，冯静副总经理职务原定任期至公司第六届董事会届满止，即2027年11月19日止。
