7月2日，中国证监会官网发布批复，同意宇树科技股份有限公司首次公开发行股票注册。
公司主营人形、四足通用机器人，拟募资 42 亿元加码研发与产能建设，有望成为 A 股人形机器人第一股，注册批复有效期 12 个月，后续将择机启动新股发行。
