7月2日，瑞博生物（06938）发布公告，公司与Madrigal Pharmaceuticals（MDGL.O）就多项小干扰核酸（siRNA）资产签订独家全球授权协议。
董事会欣然宣布，本公司与Madrigal在siRNA合作项目中，首个候选药物选定里程碑已经达成，本次合作旨在推动针对肝脏疾病的尖端RNA疗法，主要专注于代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝炎（MASH）。
