【软银集团据称拟以OpenAI股权担保筹集100亿美元贷款】财联社7月2日电，知情人士透露，软银集团正与多家贷款机构谈判，拟以OpenAI股权担保筹集100亿美元贷款。知情人士称，为了打消贷款方的顾虑，软银提议为贷款偿还提供担保，如果作为抵押品的OpenAI股份贬值，银行可向软银追索。知情人士表示，该贷款财团预计将包括高盛 、摩根大通和瑞穗集团。
