澎湃新闻从接近当事女子苟某菊的人士获悉，近日，湖南娄底中院对苟某菊所涉的重婚罪一案作出二审判决，量刑由原审的“有期徒刑一年”改判为“有期徒刑六个月，缓刑一年”。
