北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）近期，上交所官网显示，江苏神州半导体科技股份有限公司（以下简称"神州股份"）科创板IPO获得受理，公司拟首发募资25.22亿元。
招股书显示，神州股份主要从事半导体关键工艺设备核心零部件的研发、生产、销售和技术支持服务。
