上海证券交易所6月30日消息，北京艺妙神州生物医药股份有限公司（简称“艺妙生物”）科创板IPO已受理。
根据招股书，艺妙生物拟募资25亿元，其中，6.25亿元用于补充流动资金。
艺妙生物是一家专注于细胞基因治疗药物研发与生产的创新生物医药公司，致力于将细胞基因领域创新技术应用于恶性肿瘤以及自身免疫疾病等重大疾病领域。
