6月30日，ST金顶（600678）发布公告，公司全资子公司中辉天津（原告）与北京中冶中矿有色金属进出口有限公司（被告）的买卖合同纠纷案，经二审法院调解达成协议，被告同意分四期归还全部货款及相应利息。
2026年6月30日，中辉天津已收到第一笔本金及利息合计约101万元，调解协议正在执行中，本次诉讼涉及金额为1898万元。
2026年一季度，ST金顶实现收入1.61亿元，归母净利润185万元。
