人民财讯6月30日电，中持股份(603903)6月30日公告，公司拟将所持启盘科技发展（上海）有限公司（以下简称“启盘科技”）5.5%股权进行转让，转让价格不低于人民币2200万元或等值外币（对应启盘科技整体估值不低于人民币4亿元）。本次交易产生的利润预计将不低于人民币1650万元。
