6月30日，华电辽能（600396.SH）公告，公司拟在辽宁省沈阳市购建“综合运营管理中心”项目。本项目预计总投资3.27亿元，由公司出资实施，所需资金按公司自有资金30%及银行贷款70%的比例解决。公司第九届董事会战略委员会2026年第二次会议及第九届董事会第四次会议审议通过了《关于购建综合运营管理中心的议案》。
