格隆汇6月30日丨上海电气(02727.HK)宣布，公司董事会六届七次会议于2026年6月30日召开，会议审议同意公司高级管理人员离任事项，副总裁肖卫华因工作调动离任，自2026年6月30日起不再担任公司副总裁职务，原定任期至2029年1月25日。肖卫华的离任不会对公司正常生产经营产生影响。
