界面新闻获悉，英国折叠自行车品牌BROMPTON与迪卡侬旗下投资与创新部门Decathlon PULSE及风险投资机构黑蚁资本达成战略合作。Decathlon PULSE和黑蚁资本分别入股BROMPTON，获得后者少量股份。前述股权交易已于近期完成。（界面新闻 楼婍沁）
