6月29日，封面新闻记者从案件当事人苟某菊提供的判决书获悉，2026年6月9日，湖南省娄底市中级人民法院已对苟某菊所涉的重婚罪一案作出二审判决：上诉人苟某菊犯重婚罪，判处有期徒刑六个月，缓刑一年。这一判决维持了原审法院作出的有罪认定，量刑由原审的一年有期徒刑改判为了缓刑。
