6月29日，国家金融监督管理总局天津监管局发布行政处罚信息显示，中华联合财产保险股份有限公司天津分公司，存在未按照规定使用经批准或者备案的保险条款、保险费率，虚列费用的违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局天津监管局，对中华联合财产保险股份有限公司天津分公司罚款30万元；对王立欣警告并处罚款2万元；对祝宏宇警告并处罚款2万元。
