智通财经APP获悉，百度集团-SW(09888)高开4%，截至发稿，涨4%，报102.7港元，成交额1785.89万港元。
消息面上，据6月29日市场媒体报道，百度旗下AI芯片子公司昆仑芯(Kunlunxin)计划在香港上市，目标估值约为500亿美元(现汇率约合3405.58亿元人民币)。百度集团曾宣布，昆仑芯已于今年1月1日通过其联席保荐人向香港证券交易所提交上市申请表。在拟议的分拆完成后，昆仑芯预计仍将作为子公司。
