番茄土豆烩饭

食材准备

西红柿2个、土豆1个、剩米饭1碗、葱花、蒜末、生抽2勺、蚝油1勺、番茄酱2勺、食用油、盐适量。

制作步骤

1. 食材处理：将西红柿切块，土豆去皮切小块，蒜切末，葱切成段和葱花。

2. 炒制食材：热锅倒油，放入葱段和蒜末炒香，接着把西红柿放进去炒出汁儿，再放入土豆翻炒，直至土豆表皮稍微变色。

3. 调味炖煮：加入2勺生抽、1勺蚝油、2勺番茄酱，炒匀后往锅里加入大半碗清水，大火烧开后转小火焖10 - 15分钟，直到土豆软烂。

4. 加入米饭：把剩米饭加入锅中完全打散、搅拌均匀，再煮1分钟左右，最后撒上葱花即可。

米饭寿司

食材准备

剩米饭、毛豆、鸡蛋、香肠、白醋或寿司醋、盐、白胡椒粉、塑料膜、方盒。

制作步骤

1. 准备蛋液：打入鸡蛋，在蛋液中加入盐和白胡椒粉，搅拌均匀。平底锅抹一层油，倒入蛋液，小心摇动平底锅，让蛋液形成薄饼状，备用。

2. 处理米饭：用微波炉加热剩米饭，加入一汤匙白醋或寿司醋（不喜欢的可不加），搅拌均匀。

3. 组装寿司：找一个新鲜的方盒，在底部铺上一层塑料膜，先压一层米饭，用力压成型，然后铺一层鸡蛋饼，再铺一层米饭，接着铺一层毛豆，最后再铺一层米饭，使劲压，由于箱子是方的，成型后的米饭寿司自然也是方的。

4. 装饰点缀：将香肠切成薄片，用厨房剪刀剪出心形和星星形状，装饰在米饭寿司上。

制作步骤

1. 准备食材：将剩米饭加热备用，把肉和各类配菜、辣白菜切丁。

2. 炒制肉酱：锅里油热以后，依次放入瘦肉、圆葱或其它配菜，加入适量花椒粉、生抽和盐，炒熟。
