智通财经讯，中国南方航空股份(01055)发布公告，于2026年6月26日(交易时间结束后)，南货航(本公司拥有55%股权的附属公司)与波音订立波音飞机收购协议，以自波音购买 5 架B777-8F 飞机及2 架 B777F 飞机。根据该协议，南货航亦取得额外 3 架 B777-8F 飞机的选择权。
