格隆汇6月26日丨 港银控股(08162.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，公司已于2026年6月26日(交易时间结束后)根据《主板上市规则》第9B章的规定，向联交所提交了转板上市申请。转板上市不会涉及公司发行任何新股。
