财政部日前在卢森堡发行50亿欧元主权债券，其中，5年期、8年期和12年期分别为25亿元、15亿元和10亿元，发行利率为2.768%、2.966%和3.212%。
此次发行受到国际市场热烈欢迎，总认购金额是发行金额的近5倍。这是我国第二次在卢森堡发行欧元主权债券。
