6月25日，歌手、演员吴尊在社交媒体上控诉国泰航空，称自己行李等了三天还没有下文。 据澎湃新闻，6月25日晚间，国泰航空方面就此事回应称，“国泰航空对于因联程航班接驳及后续转机导致的行李延误，以及由此为旅客造成的不便，深表歉意。”
