消息面上，香港联交所最新数据显示，建滔集团遭大股东张国荣家族为首的Hallgain Management Limited(HML)，于6月22日、23日及24日(本周一至周三)，分别减持2000万股、2202.85万股，及2535.25万股，每股平均价分别140.33港元、131.38港元及127.93港元，持股量由44.06%降至37.52%，套现约89.44亿港元。
