【美光科技重燃AI涨势 欧洲芯片股攀升】财联社6月25日电，在美光科技公布强劲的业绩并表示芯片短缺将持续到2027年之后，欧洲半导体公司股价大幅上涨，荷兰半导体设备制造商阿斯麦和规模较小的竞争对手ASM International的股价分别上涨了5.1%和6.6%。荷兰半导体组装设备供应商BE Semiconductor Industries的股价上涨了5.5%。德国芯片制造商英飞凌科技上涨了6.2%。意法半导体股价上涨了4.5%。
