据报道，澳大利亚楼市滑坡之际，该国两大房地产市场的总价值在本季度内缩水1850亿澳元（约合1280亿美元）。根据房地产咨询公司Cotality和澳大利亚统计局的数据计算得出，悉尼房价在3月31日至6月25日期间下跌2.7%，抹去1200亿澳元库存价值；墨尔本房价下跌2.3%，共计缩水650亿澳元。
