6月25日，泰和科技（300801.SZ）在互动平台表示，泰和科技的7N级四氯化硅项目已完成小试，暂时还没有规模化生产，中试设备已安装就绪，近期准备投产。该产品暂未形成销售，中试产品质量及出合格产品的时间有不确定性，请注意投资风险。
