格隆汇6月24日丨沧海控股(02017.HK)宣布，施卫星及杨仲凯担任公司独立非执行董事(「独董」)满九年後，于2026年6月23日举行之公司股东周年大会结束时退任独董，亦不寻求重选连任。施卫星亦退任公司审核委员会及薪酬委员会委员、提名委员会主席;杨仲凯亦退任公司审核委员会及提名委员会委员、薪酬委员会主席。
