近日，多位乘客反映广州地铁3号线车厢空调制冷效果差，闷热感明显，部分乘客称“热得头晕”。有乘客表示无论高峰时段还是平峰时段，车内体感温度均偏高。广州地铁客服回应，已记录相关诉求，将反馈给业务部门核查处理。
