据纳芯微消息，针对可穿戴设备、医疗电子、光学模组及电源热管理等应用场景对于精准测温的需求，纳芯微正式推出NST113x系列高精度低功耗数字温度传感器。NST113x系列产品基于CMOS工艺晶体管PN结温度效应设计，采用仅0.75mm×0.75mm的DSBGA(4)CSP封装，在实现±0.1℃（max）常温测温精度的同时，兼具超低功耗、高可靠性以及灵活的系统兼容能力。
