今年第8号台风“海高斯”已于今天（6月23日）早晨生成。截至8时，“海高斯”位于距离关岛塞班东北方向约25公里的海面上，强度为热带风暴级，中心最大风力8级（18米/秒），中心气压998百帕。预计，“海高斯”将以每小时15至20公里的速度向偏西方向移动，强度变化不大。（央视新闻）
