6月22日，云赛智联（600602）发布公告，公司作为有限合伙人参与出资设立“上海仪电仪器仪表产业生态基金”，该基金募集资金总额为5.1亿元，公司出资1亿元，出资比例为19.6078%。
该基金的管理人由华鑫宽众投资有限公司和交银资本管理有限公司共同担任，采用“双GP”模式，主要投资于仪器仪表上下游产业链领域。
2026年一季度，云赛智联实现收入14.49亿元，归母净利润4455万元。
