6月18日，总部位于伦敦的资产管理公司Janus Henderson Group (骏利亨德森)宣布，与美国激进对冲基金Trian Fund Management及风投基金General Catalyst的私有化交易已获监管批准及客户同意，将于本月30日完成。
届时，骏利亨德森将从纽约证券交易所退市，而其股东则将获得每股52美元的现金支付。
这意味着Trian和General Catalyst将为这笔私有化交易支付共计80亿美元的现金，较去年12月两家公司首次宣布收购骏利亨德森时给出的74亿美元价格溢价了8%。
