记者从水利部了解到，受降雨影响，昨天（18日）到今天，重庆、贵州、广西、广东20条中小河流发生超警以上洪水。其中重庆清溪沟及贵州乐康河、所也河、京舟河等4条中小河流发生超保洪水，最大超保幅度1.11米。目前大部河流已退至警戒水位以下。
