6月18日，湘阴县十八届人民代表大会常务委员会举行第三十八次会议。会议表决通过了关于接受张永久辞去湘阴县人民政府县长职务的请求；决定任命仇文娟同志为县人民政府副县长，决定仇文娟副县长为县人民政府代理县长。
