6月18日，数字支付平台PayPal宣布，任命张弘女士为PayPal中国区首席执行官、PayPal中国持牌机构贝宝支付（北京）有限公司董事长、总经理，全面统筹PayPal在中国整体战略规划、业务创新拓展及日常运营管理，带领团队推动PayPal在中国市场的长期发展。此次人事任命已获中国人民银行正式批复。
6月17日，PayPal中国方面确认，PayPal中国区前任CEO邱寒已于近期离职。（界面新闻记者 何柳颖）
