6月17日，宁德时代（300750.SZ）公告称，公司2026年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券（第二期）发行规模不超过20亿元，期限为5年期，附第3年末发行人调整票面利率选择权和投资者回售选择权。2026年6月17日，经网下询价，最终确定本期债券票面利率为1.49%，将于6月18日面向专业机构投资者网下发行。
