人民财讯6月16日电，6月16日，威胜控股 (03393.HK)公告，决定启动从公开市场上回购股份的计划，公司将视乎市场情况于合适时间以不超过2亿港元总代价进行股份回购，回购股份拟用作库存股份或注销。此次回购股份所需的资金将以公司现有可用现金储备支付，董事会评估认为公司目前财务状况稳健，拥有足够资源进行上述回购计划，不会影响正常营运。
