6月16日，新和成（002001）发布公告，实际控制人、董事长胡柏藩提议公司通过集中竞价方式回购部分股份，回购资金总额在3亿元至6亿元，主要用于股权激励或员工持股计划，回购价格不超过董事会通过决议前30个交易日的股票交易均价的150%，回购期限为12个月。
2026年一季度，新和成实现收入62.95亿元，归母净利润18.27亿元。
