近日，河南信阳，网友入住喆啡酒店信阳市政府火车站店，洗澡时发现淋浴管子壁里有大量黑色沉积物，揉捏水管后流出的水浑浊发黑。网友称洗完身体发痒，心里特别膈应，投诉后酒店提出免一日房费作为解决方案。酒店工作人员回应，沉积物大概率是停水引发，水箱会定期清洁，并称会自检也会向领导反馈。
