6月12日，广西能源（600310.SH）公告称，公司拟收购工银金融资产投资有限公司等持有的广西广投桥巩能源发展有限公司（简称“桥巩能源”）合计33.7202%的股权，交易作价合计为10.5亿元。公司拟以2026年度向特定对象发行A股股票募集的部分资金购买桥巩能源股权。
