6月12日，*ST国华（000004.SZ）公告称，公司收到深交所股票终止上市决定，因公司2025年度经审计的扣非后净利润为-1622.39万元，扣除后营收为1.64亿元，且财务报告被出具保留意见及否定意见的内部控制审计报告，触及终止上市情形。公司股票将于2026年6月23日复牌并进入退市整理期，预计最后交易日为7月13日。
