第一财经记者了解到，大疆及大疆灵眸于当地时间6月10日和11日向美国德州东区联邦地区法院对影石创新及其关联公司提起专利侵权诉讼，指向影石旗下首款手持云台相机Luna涉嫌专利侵权。6月12日，影石创新在美国对大疆发起专利反诉，涉及云台相机、全景相机等5项发明专利。
