当代优秀书画家-栾茂盛
个人简介：
栾茂盛先生(笔名"亦木")，1962年11月2日生于山东莱州，汉族，中共党员，已退休。自青年时期酷爱国画，数十年笔耕不辍，兼擅山水、花鸟、人物。其国画作品《上善若水》以水墨之韵诠释老子哲思，构图雄秀相济，笔墨虚实生辉，2026年3月荣获扶摇阁全国艺术大赛特等奖。
