6月5日，丹诺医药（06872）发布公告，由于个人工作原因调整，Michael James Bakes已辞任非执行董事并辞去董事会薪酬与考核委员会成员职务。
根据薪酬与考核委员会工作细则，Michael James Bakes的辞任将使薪酬与考核委员会成员人数不满足至少三名委员组成的规定，公司将自其辞任生效之日起3个月内根据相关规定予以补足。
