人民财讯6月5日电，*ST八钢(600581)6月5日公告，公司拟将持有的新疆焦煤（集团）有限责任公司（简称“焦煤集团”）100%股权协议转让至新疆八一钢铁集团有限公司（简称“八钢公司”），转让金额为13.6亿元。鉴于八钢公司为公司控股股东，故本次交易构成关联交易。
